Small hotel in the greater railway station area (2 metro stops away from Termini), close to a metro station and to buses. The room size was o.k. The mattress was not the best but acceptable. Room had no boiler for water/tea, was equipped with a flat TV and a safe. Room cleaning was fair. The bathroom was spacious. Reception employees were adequate and friendly.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, as well as fast. The breakfast was delicious. Everything was clean and comfortable. The terrace has a very good view. I'll definitely come back.

The hotel itself is really close to the metro station ( 5minutes from the hotel ) and to the Colosseum. During our stay we barely used the metro, because of the location everything was relatively close to us. The room was also clean.

The location could not be more perfect! There is a metro station and bus stop very close to the hotel making it extremely easy to visit all of the attractions at any point of the day. The location is quiet and safe with plenty of little spots to grab coffee and snacks. Our room was very comfortable and clean with amazing air conditioning, we even had a cute little balcony over looking the street. The beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was great, it is a continental breakfast so don't expect the works, but there is more than enough variation and everything is very fresh. I highly recommend this spot and I will 100% stay here again next time I'm in Rome.

The hotel was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Our room had a little balcony looking out on the street, which made for a great atmosphere for the times that we decided to eat in our room. There's also a cozy rooftop terrace open to everyone. Our room also had a pretty big bathtub which could be a huge plus depending on your preferences. I certainly found it very convenient to cool off my feet after walking a lot. The location in general is very convenient as the next subway station is only a few minutes away, allowing you to reach any number of sights quickly. The colosseum can also be reached on foot easily, after a walk of about 15-20 minutes. The area directly around the hotel is pretty quiet as it's located in a side street in a residential area, but you can walk in any direction from the hotel and reach several good restaurants within 5 minutes. I can say I will gladly come back here the next time I'm in Rome

Old classic hotel really match Rome vibes. Train station 500 m2 close 2-3 mins walk . Hotel walking to colosseum also the roof garden is good place at night to hang out. Not fancy but do for active guest. Good breakfast

Breakfast, location, and staff were all great. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly, spoke English very well, and was helpful in our navigation of the city. The breakfast was perfect for getting something quick to eat before the day started.

Great location, the window view was amazing, it was very clean and Andrea, the host went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed the stayed. He helped us arrange transportation and made our check in very seamless.
